A consistent lack of sleep is currently tied to heart disease, as this lack of rest releases stress hormones and proteins that increase the risk of heart attacks and even strokes.  According to WebMD, a recent study reported that women who got less than five hours per sleep every night on a consistent basis were 45% more likely to have serious heart conditions that women who got the full recommended eight hours.  Obviously if you appreciate good heart health, you will understand the need to get help with stop snoring so that your circulatory system can be protected.  These stress hormones are nothing to be easily dismissed.
